I just finished reading your book "Life According to the Holy Spirit," and I have enjoyed reading it. This is the first time I was able to complete a book in a short time.  Your book had my attention from start to finish.  It was so good that I kept wanting to read more each day.  Here is a quote from your book on page 112 that really was a Blessing to me.  "God walks us through the fruits of the Spirit as the Holy Spirit leads us - and as we allow His leading, even as babes in Christ." 

I am going to give this book to family & friends for  Christmas gifts. Holy Spirit  & you did an excellent job writing your book. God bless you.

Toni, this book (Life According to the Holy Spirit) will bless millions and you will be blessed.  It's my third time reading it. My favorite Chapter is Faithfulness.  Readers, you will be in awe as you read.

I wanted to comment on your first two books, "To Love Life".  If you are hungry for the word, this book is a 5-course meal. It will awaken you to truths you can hold onto. It's practical with real-life experiences. This is not a Happy Meal you can devour in a minute; you have to read, stop, and savor the edible biblical examples and enter into an adventure in God's Holy Kingdom. Enjoy! 

(God's People-We Are) As a new convert, you will read a pragmatic, person-centered discourse of the Holy Word of God. As a seasoned saint, it will open your heart in remembrance of sermons, bible studies, favorite scriptures, and triumphs and trials of the men and women in the Kingdom of God.

Toni Joy, I really enjoyed your daily devotional "To Love Life". I truly love it! What I liked most is how there are real-life examples that are so relatable. I can see myself in many of the scenarios, and it gives me a new perspective on how to apply Scripture to everyday life while still walking by his word.

The daily devotionals aren’t long, but full of substance. I can literally get my devotion in with my morning coffee to set me up for the day.

This is definitely one I can see myself reading over and over each year and getting something different from it depending on the season of life I’m in. My daughter is going away to college, and I just ordered her one for herself as she cannot take mine! So much value in this book!

Book Review: God’s People We Are by Toni Joy

God’s People We Are by Toni Joy is a wonderful devotional for people who live busy lives but still want to stay connected to God’s Word. What I enjoyed most about this book is that it focuses primarily on Scripture, making it easy to pick up each day and get your daily reading in without feeling overwhelmed.

The devotional is not written in a systematic order, but that is what makes it unique. Each day gives you an opportunity to spend time reading Scripture and growing in your understanding of God’s Word. As you continue through the devotional, you have the opportunity to read through the entire Bible.

I appreciate that Toni Joy allows the Scriptures to speak for themselves while occasionally providing an explanation to help bring understanding to a particular passage. This makes the devotional simple, meaningful, and easy to incorporate into a busy daily routine.

I would recommend God’s People We Are to anyone who wants to make daily Bible reading a part of their life. It is a great reminder that even when life gets busy, we can still make time for God and His Word.

Book Review: Life According to the Holy Spirit by Toni Joy

I truly enjoyed reading Life According to the Holy Spiritby Toni Joy. She does an excellent job of explaining each fruit of the Spirit by sharing personal experiences that make the lessons easy to understand and relate to. I especially connected with the chapter on patience, as it spoke to my own life. The book also gave me a deeper understanding of what it means to be “more than a conqueror” through faith. This is an encouraging and inspiring read that I would recommend to anyone seeking spiritual growth.

"Life According to the Holy Spirit" has to be Toni Joy's best published book. She has written three books of which I have read all three. It's inspiring how she presents Holy Spirit as our everyday Helper and Guide in our Christian walk. This book is easy to read and understand. It will be a great tool for anyone desiring to know how to have a relationship with Holy Spirit and how the Fruit of the Spirit operates in our lives.
